Biography
Nightwind was a Legion Cadet on Legion World. When the group led by the blue woman known as Devil caused technology on a portion of Earth to fail, Nightwind was tasked to create updrafts that would allow several Cadets and Dr. Gym'll to hang-glide in and support the team of Legionnaires present. She and fellow Cadet Infectious Lass would later assist Chameleon in apprehending Devil's comrades Lantern and Arrow.
