Baby on Board
Notes
- This issue follows directly on from Apparition, "Cub" and Timber Wolf's departure from Rimbor in Legion Worlds #6, and no references are made to the first eight issues of the series.
- The cover design changes very slightly, with the issue number and cover date changing from in-style with the dropping of the Comics Code Authority seal. This aspect of style will remain until the series' end.
- The issue has a letters page, with letters referring to The Legion #4
Solicitation
THE LEGION #9
Written by Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning; art by Stephen DeStefano; cover by Olivier Coipel and Lanning.
Apparition is en route to Earth to reunite with long-lost husband Ultra Boy and introduce him to the baby son he's never met. Unfortunately, the spacecraft she's traveling in has gone on the fritz, she uncovers a mystery that means imminent trouble for the Legion and Earth, and travel companion-turned-babysitter Timber Wolf finds bringing up this baby is more than he bargained for.
32 pages, $2.50, in stores on June 26.
