By the late 1990s, DC was producing its own line of figures and figurines under the DC Direct banner. The Legion and several related figures (individuals as part of a group) appeared in this line.

Legion of Super-Heroes (July 1999)

The Legion's box set of PVC (plastic) figurines arrived in stores in 1999. This was the first time the Silver Age Legion were immortalized in plastic. Chameleon Boy, Saturn Girl, Cosmic Boy, Colossal Boy, Brainiac 5, Lightning Lad, and Mon-El were released. In addition, they came in a unique box style - as opposed to a conventional box, they were released in yellow boxes with red fins - intended to evoke the original clubhouse.

The poses for several of the figures were from images of Legion statues in Superboy's home in Smallville from Adventure Comics #289 and Superboy v1 #86.

Flash/Speed Force (Dec. 1999)

This set featured the 20th Century Flash Family, including Barry Allen, Jay Garrick, Wally West, Max Mercury, Impulse/Bart Allen, Johnny Quick, and his daughter Jesse Quick.

Silver Age Smallville (Dec. 2001)

This set had figures for Superboy, Clark Kent, Krypto, Jonathan and Martha Kent, Lana Lang, and teenage Lex Luthor.
