Biography
When the Legion of Super-Heroes announce an open call for new members, Energy Boy travelled to Earth with much plublicity from his native Ventura. Unfortunately for him, during a demonstration of his powers, manifested in his 'Nuclo-globe', Polar Boy interrupted, and exposing a flaw in his powers that it required unbroken concentration. Rejected, he returned to Ventura.
Powers and abilities
Energy Boy is able to metally control nuclear forces, manifested in an effect he called his Nuclo-globe. Apparently, it could be easily disrupted by breaking his concentration.
