Cosmic Teams was the name of a series of trading cards distributed in March, 1993 by Skybox. There were 150 cards and 6 holograms in the set, plus 12 promo cards.

Description

The Cosmic Teams set was made up of several "Team Triptychs" of various DC teams, and individual "DC Flashback" character cards from the team, all with a single distinctive color border to denote the team. On the back of the team cards was a paragraph of the team's history (in three parts) and a key to the characters. On the back of the character card was another picture of the character in a box called "DC Flashback!", a paragraph of the character's history, his or her real name, and first appearance.

The promo cards have the same artwork on the front as the regular card but on the back was the Cosmic Teams logo and promotional text. Each promo card had the same back.

The set contains original art, typically by the artist of the then-currently published book.
