Synopsis
Part I: Superboy's Big Brother
Superboy sees a rocket crash outside of Smallville. Inside, he finds a young man with amnesia, powers similar to his own and a medallion signed by Superboy's father, Jor-El. Superboy guesses that this man is an older brother he never knew and dubs him "Mon-El." After a while of working together with Mon-El, though, Superboy begins to suspect he's a fraud.
Part II: The Secret of Mon-El
In an attempt to discover his secret, Superboy paints some lead balls green to fool Mon-El into thinking it was Kryptonite. Mon-El collapses, and Superboy confronts him as a fraud. Mon-El reveals that the lead jogged his memory, and that he was from the planet Daxam, whose inhabitants have a fatal weakness to lead. He had visited Krypton shortly before its destruction and Jor-El sent him away in the rocket.
