Dating to the Legion's first appearance in Adventure Comics #247, the Time Bubble is the traditional vehicle used by Legionnaires to travel through the time stream.
Since it's first depiction by Al Plastino, the Time Bubble has been drawn to look like exactly what the name implies -- a large glass bubble -- although details, such as seating, internal machinery and means of egress, have changed over the years depending on the artist.
