Design
After the Legion's forced disbandment in the wake of the Great Rift Disaster, R.J. Brande resolved to create a new base from which to reform the Legion - a bigger Legion than ever before. Starting by covertly recruiting most of the "survivors" of the Rift as the base for the new team, much of the design and planning for what would become Legion World was done by Invisible Kid and Gear, while Sensor's power would cloak the under-construction planetoid from prying eyes.
