Legion Lost opens in an unknown part of space, as a member of an alien race comes across the wreckage of a destroyed Legion Outpost. Discovering log entries which introduce her to the Legion -- and detail the team's final moments onboard -- she searches the station further, finding several members of the fallen team hiding inside. But can the alien female find a way to communicate with the shattered heroes before the Progeny, a race dedicated to eliminating her kind, attacks them? In the months that follow, the Legionnaires will be forced to make their way through scores of worlds that have never heard of them, as they attempt to discover what has happened to the galaxy and friends they left behind. Arriving on new worlds, finding new allies and new enemies, they must search for means of transportation and supplies for their continued survival. Throughout the yearlong journey, long-standing relationships will be sorely tested as what's left of the Legion reevaluates what remains of their ideals and must make brutal, questionable choices if they ever hope to make it back home. Whoever makes it back will be transformed by the journey...a voyage that will redefine one of DC's greatest super-hero teams.

32 pages, $2.50, ships on March 1.

LEGION LOST #2 WRITTEN BY DAN ABNETT AND ANDY LANNING; ART AND COVER BY OLIVIER COIPEL AND LANNING In stores April 5. It's bad enough that several Legionnaires have awakened in the middle of a galaxy completely unfamiliar to them, but they also find themselves in deadly conflict with the Progeny, an alien race dedicated to exterminating (what they call "deleting") any race they deem genetically fallible! Unfortunately, that list includes just about everyone, including the Legionnaires! FC, 32 PG. (2 OF 12) $2.50*

LEGION LOST #3 WRITTEN BY DAN ABNETT AND ANDY LANNING; ART AND COVER BY OLIVIER COIPEL AND LANNING In stores May 10. With no apparent way to return home and the Progeny hot on their heels, the stranded Legionnaires take refuge with Shikari's race and learn just how special their new friend is among her own people. Plus, the lost heroes make a shocking discovery that will either help them on their quest or lead the Progeny straight to them! FC, 32 PG. (3 OF 12) $2.50*

LEGION LOST #4 WRITTEN BY DAN ABNETT AND ANDY LANNING; ART BY PASCAL ALIXE AND LANNING; COVER BY OLIVIER COIPEL AND LANNING In stores June 7. The lost Legionnaires try to make the best of a bad situation, but Apparition can see through their brave fascades. Hopefully Brainy's attempt to rebuild the ship's drive can jump-start their journey home...provided it doesn't blow them up along the way! FC, 32 PG. (4 OF 12) $2.50

LEGION LOST #5 WRITTEN BY DAN ABNETT AND ANDY LANNING; ART AND COVER BY OLIVIER COIPEL AND LANNING In stores July 5. The lost Legionnaires look to Shikari's path-finding abilities to help lead them home. But the ride promises to be a bumpy one, especially when a small team lead by Brainiac 5.1 comes across a drifting vessel housing only one being an unstoppable creature that stands ready to destroy anything in its path! FC, 32 PG. (5 OF 12) $2.50

LEGION LOST #6 WRITTEN BY DAN ABNETT AND ANDY LANNING; ART BY PASCAL ALIXE; COVER BY OLIVIER COIPEL AND LANNING In stores August 2. The prospect of being lost perhaps forever in an unknown part of the galaxy is taking its toll on the Legionnaires, particularly Umbra. Unfortunately, efforts to comfort her result in Umbra's lashing out against the team and taking refuge on a nearby planet. Even worse, they may not even be able to go after her when their ship is infiltrated by a dark, sinister force! FC, 32 PG. (6 OF 12) $2.50

LEGION LOST #7 WRITTEN BY DAN ABNETT AND ANDY LANNING; ART AND COVER BY OLIVIER COIPEL AND LANNING In stores September 6. While trying to deal with the problems that unfolded last issue, the lost Legionnaires discover a planet that holds a mystery only Ultra Boy can piece together. LEGION LOST #8 WRITTEN BY DAN ABNETT AND ANDY LANNING; ART AND COVER BY OLIVIER COIPEL AND LANNING In stores October 4. The Legionnaires still are lost, a comrade has fallen, a strange being is running loose on the Outpost, and Singularity continues to view the heroes as an alien threat to his world. But hope finally shines through for the team with the unexpected arrival of help. Will it be enough to rally the team to its greatest moment since first being cast away to an unknown galaxy? FC, 32 PG. (8 OF 12) $2.50

LEGION LOST #9 WRITTEN BY DAN ABNETT AND ANDY LANNING; ART PASCAL ALIXE AND LANNING; COVER BY OLIVIER COIPEL AND LANNING In stores November 8. Just when the lost Legionnaires think they're finally on their way home, they face their worst setback yet and it threatens to crush the spirit of many team members. If they can't put their growing individual problems aside and work together, they'll never find their way home nor will they be in any condition to deal with the oncoming threat that is fast approaching! FC, 32 PG. (9 OF 12) $2.50

LEGION LOST #10 WRITTEN BY DAN ABNETT AND ANDY LANNING; ART AND COVER BY OLIVIER COIPEL AND LANNING In stores December 6. With the Lost Legionnaires' spirit having reached its lowest point, the team must face a huge Progeny army which has converged on our heroes' ship for a final showdown. (10 OF 12) $2.50

LEGION LOST #11 WRITTEN BY DAN ABNETT AND ANDY LANNING; ART AND COVER BY OLIVIER COIPEL AND LANNING In stores January 3. The astonshing maxiseries nears its stunning conclusion! Defeated by the overwhelming numbers that make up the Progeny forces, the Lost Legionnaires are taken to the Progeny homeworld, where they come face to face with the Progenitor, who reveals how the alien race came to be. The team also discovers Element Lad's fate, but unless they can put their own differences aside, they're in no position to do anything about it! FC, 32 PG. (11 OF 12) $2.50

LEGION LOST #12 WRITTEN BY DAN ABNETT AND ANDY LANNING; ART AND COVER BY OLIVIER COIPEL AND LANNING In stores February 14. The not-to-be-missed conclusion! It's the final issue of the Legion's greatest adventure! The Progenitor has discovered a dimensional doorway that will lead the Progeny forces to the Lost Legionnaires' universe. If the Legion can't find a way to close up the doorway, then both galaxies are surely lost. Unfortunately, the solution may very well result in the Legionnaires not being able to go home...unless someone prepares to make the ultimate sacrifice! Note: consult upcoming issues of Previews for information on LEGION QUEST, a 6-issue miniseries which reveals where the remaining Legionnaires have been while their allies were "lost." FC, 32 PG. (12 OF 12) $2.50
