I noticed this is a straight copy off Wikipedia, given formatting "Infobox television", etc. Did you write it all yourself? If you did, that's fine, but because we've not got got everything licensed under the GDFL, and also don't fulfil the provisions, including a prominent "this content was taken from" link back to the original Wikipedia page, we - legally - can't use anything from WP not written by the person who posted it here . That's why the note's there below the edit box saying "Do not copy work from Wikipedia that you did not write yourself." - Reboot (SoM) <small>talk page</small> 12:19, 14 January 2007 (PST)

:It's not a straight copy, I did modify it a bit, but yes, it is primarily from there. I have been one of the editor/writers of that page since March 2006 (if you look at that page's history, I've edited it as "Wizardimps") and while I did not write every single word on the page, I have had a hand in a large part of it and my work cannot be separated out from anyone else's. I did consider the "do not copy" note and decided that as one of the primary authors I was within my right. I can add a "this content is based on Wikipedia material" if that'd help. -- Omnicom 20:36, 14 January 2007 (PST)

Re: Legion of Super Heroes cartoon

I noticed this is a straight copy off Wikipedia, given formatting "Infobox television", etc. Did you write it all yourself? If you did, that's fine, but because we've not got got everything licensed under the GDFL, and also don't fulfil the provisions, including a prominent "this content was taken from" link back to the original Wikipedia page, we - legally - can't use anything from WP not written by the person who posted it here [1]. That's why the note's there below the edit box saying "Do not copy work from Wikipedia that you did not write yourself." - Reboot (SoM) talk page 12:19, 14 January 2007 (PST)

It's not a straight copy, I did modify it a bit, but yes, it is primarily from there.
