Leveraging your story synopses

I'm happy to see that you are continuing to add the one-line story summaries on the Legion Publication History pages. The brief descriptions are a great way to pinpoint that elusive story one is trying to remember and are also really helpful to newer readers seeking to get a quick idea of the Legion's past adventures.

It occurred to me that these would also be useful on the individual issues pages. Ideally the individual pages should have a more detailed description of the story, but while we wait for all of that material to be produced, your brief descriptions are a great intro. When we do have the longer descriptions, I think it will still be useful to have the short description at the beginning, and to distinguish the brief version from the longer text, I have placed your summary in italics. Check out Superboy and the Legion of Super-Heroes #237 for an example of what I'm talking about. If you like, you can augment the impact of your current work by adding any new additions to the individual pages as you produce them, and at some point we can go through and copy over all of your previous ones. If you wpuld rather stick to just editong the LPH pages, that's fine too.

Thanks for your contributions, and keep up the great work! -- Gopher 03:07, 14 December 2011 (UTC)
