Tharr is an inhabited planet. There are no other known inhabited planets in Tharr's star system.

Description

Tharr is a world of perpetual heat. Colonists evolved (either naturally or through biogenetics) the ability to project cold from their hands. If the temperature is cold enough, ice will form. Because there is not enough water in the air to form a substantial amount of ice, it is unknown where the extra water comes from to condense into ice.
