Per the credits, the issue is "Dedicated to Rob Harris, who always loved the Legion." Harris, a Legion fan and the creator of the original Nightwind character, had recently passed away at the time of this issue's publication. Nightwind is reintroduced as a Legion cadet in this issue in his honor.
